		<description>It&#039;s colossally silly to think the US can discard Colombia as an ally, get a better one in Brazil, and not think the former might just affect how the latter develops. When a country realizes it can align with a certain government, see that government exit, and then see itself isolated by that same government&#039;s own successor, it will do as little as possible to stay an ally. Obama&#039;s tossing out of Colombia as an ally won&#039;t make Brazil love us. It won&#039;t make anyone love us - or respect us, either. It&#039;s a good way to make ourselves a pariah state or a friend to creep republics that want things from us, like Cuba. What a sorry picture that would be!</description>
