“[T]he Parties agree to deepen their cooperation in areas such as interoperability, joint procedures, logistics and equipment, training and instruction, intelligence exchanges, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, combined exercises, and other mutually agreed activities, in order to address common threats to peace, stability, freedom, and democracy.”
Which seems to cover just about any threat or mission.

Adam, isn’t it strange that while a colombian gallup company came out with a poll showing Uribe 64% popularity, an online poll in Semana mag portrays the guy as the biggest jerk in history? http://www.semana.com/Respuesta-votacion-multisondeos/cuando-ha-sido-peor-gobierno-uribe-respecto/19.aspx

Adam why did you censored my comment. Don’t come now saying you are a uribe follower too. That would be damned nasty

I find it laughable that Jaime Bustos will consider online polls, where if I wanted to someone like me could vote over a thousand times via proxy or simply get people who aren’t even Colombian to vote, as any valid indication of anything.
But then again, that is probably all to be expected here.

Marcos

Marcos you know for these kind of polls no one would bother to be switching proxies, deleting cookies and/or using the tor browser.
You and I know very well it’s easier to bribe an obscure John Doe into creating false polls and talking nonsense when trying to explain them, specially if that John Doe’s last name is Jaramillo and is part of Mr Uribe courtesans . So next time bring in a credible tale home, or your spouse will send you sleep in the couch once more.

Maybe it’s just as simple as different methodologies…How come it comes to mud-slinging off the bat. To me it’s quite clear what happens with polls in Colombia, online or by phone. Also, in my opinion, the methodologies are all poor.
